AVANIR Pharmaceuticals interview questions

initial phone screening with an HR rep. Initial communications were sparse but straight to the point. My interviewer was 3 time zones away from me and quite limited in their availability which was not the most convenient in scheduling the screening. During the screening the interviewer was disinterested, bored, and clearly focused on something else throughout the duration of the call. Did not have the answer to any of my questions and provided zero follow up in answering them. Was explained to me that the next round was a one way HireVue interview (What even was the point of the HR screening then??) then 2 more rounds of interviews with various team members following that. I declined to continue upon hearing this... I found the level of redundancy a tad absurd but regardless. From the way this all transpired I have the general feeling this recruiter was part of an agency (or at least I would hope so) rather than an internal recruiter. But the lack of interest, professionalism, and knowledge about the role was a real turn off for me.

Disorganized process. Interviewed with multiple same level managers. Minimal transparency on benefits, other than the 401(k). Interview process was discussed to be two weeks at onset, then pushed to four weeks, then ultimately six weeks for final interviews. In the end was told multiple times by hiring manager that I would be followed up with and ended up being ghosted by the hiring manager and HR.
