After passing the CV screening I was invited to the first Interview process. I got an automated reply and then I was invited. After I was waiting for a reply, the position in their website was closed. I was not moved forward and did not get any feedback from them. In addition, they never reply to the candidate's email. Overall I think their HR process is very consufing and unorganized. I also spotted an issue in their website: If your query in the careers site have more than 25 results, you obsiouly need to go to the next page to see the other results. The problem is that when you change the page, you may see the same offers showed in the previous page. The reason behind it is that their system does not keep in memory what results have been already shown. They also keep posting and deleting the same offers day by day. The company might be "safe", but their HR process is very unpleasant.
