I do not recommend applying to this company.
The hiring process began with an initial phone screening to discuss my background, experience, and general information. This was followed by multiple technical interviews: one technical interview, a second technical interview with the team leader, a third technical interview with a senior engineer, and finally an interview with the company owner.
All interviews were conducted on-site, even though they could have been held online. This resulted in unnecessary travel, time commitment, and financial costs on my part.
The entire interview process lasted nearly two months. After completing all interview stages, I received no response, feedback, or follow-up communication. The complete lack of communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
This experience reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I believe there should be stronger oversight or regulations to ensure companies conduct fair, transparent, and respectful hiring processes.
