I appreciate the HR representative who assisted me throughout the hiring process. She was very transparent and made an effort to ensure there was proper alignment between the candidate and the role. However, I was uncomfortable with the company’s hiring process, which consisted of seven stages even though the position was not managerial level. The process felt unnecessarily long and demanding for the role being offered.
