The first interview was alone, just you and the recruiter. The second interview was you and another brand ambassador who is likely going to be your partner and the interviewer.

What attracts you to the role?
I do not remember the rest but they were all aligned to if you were a people person and comfortable tabling for an outdoor event.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ATS Medical (Minneapolis, MN) in Sept 2009
Interview
The company was very professional and organized. The first interview was very basic information about myself and the company. The second interview was to meet the supervisor of my department. The human resource representatives were very quick to get back to me after each interview to let me know what was next to come. Overall I had a great experience with the interview process.
