Very Quick Process. Phone interview followed by in person interview in less than 2 weeks time for both. Straight forward questions about resume experience. Strengths, weaknesses, what I like most and least about current employer, and management.

I was contacted by HR because of my resume on Monster.com. I went through a pre-screening phone interview with that recruiter, then they followed with an in person interview with the lab manager within a week or two. There was a basic math/problem solving quiz along with the interview, which in total lasted about an hour. I received an offer within a week or two and started working very shortly after. My understanding was that they were understaffed at the time.
