I received a call from a recruiter who gauges your interest in the position and if you're fit, you're then interviewed in person by the clinic director typically at the location to which you applied. if you pass that test, it's off to Delaware for a one day training at the East Coast Headquarters.

Question 1
It was more of a conversion than your typical stiff question and answer session [that is if you know how to carry a descent conversation]. Of course the cover the basic scenerio questions like upset patients, ability to multitask and do your job effectively but I mostly just remember a conversation about life, family, school, and career aspirations.

You have to interview with both the clinic you will be working at, and someone who works in the main corporate division. This may be different for other locations, but overall, it was a nice interview.

You meet with one of the clinic directors. Then if you are hired then you go through a day of training and information pertaining to the company and its values. After you pass all of the training, you are placed in one of the clinics to be trained hands on.
