Questioning during scheduled interview was not ideal, company culture may be an issue. Was surprised by some of the questioning. May have been a singular employee, rather than the company as a whole.

Interview process is long. There would be two process: one from human resource and if they like you then a follow up interview with the quality manager or supervisor. If success then a drug test.
