Resume was surfaced by internal talent acquisition team. Short phone interview before a scheduled in person interview. Had an in person interview with the talent acquisition team, friendly and cordial. They made a lot of promises about advancement and opportunity. Asked mostly personal and personality questions. Second interview with another Project Coordinator, was offered job immediately after.

Informative, direct, conversational, friendly, and respectful. It was a short interview but straightforward. A few questions were asked during the interview. It lasted about 20-30 minutes. No tests were given. Resume was reviewed.

It was difficult with a panel interview being asked mainly behavioral questions and about managing people, but if you do have experience managing people, that should be an added bonus
