interviews: 2 from the Human Resources department; 1 with the Division head and 1 with my senior copywriter for screening. The first interview I had was with my senior where I was tasked to write an ad. I was asked to return for a second interview and that's when I had been asked when I can start and was told what I will expect when I get to start.
