First, I spoke with HR. This was a swift interview about my resume and qualifications with a very seasoned interviewer. Next, I had an interview with the supervisor of the position I had applied for and another member of the department. The supervisor didn't really ask any questions. She more chatted with her coworker about what they had to get done that week. When she wasn't doing that, she was complaining about their other coworkers in the department. She didn't actually ask me much of anything. She also forgot to book the conference room she meant to, so we had to wander the floor in search of an empty room. It wasn't the most coherent interview I've been part of.
