I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASM in Mar 2022
Interview
I had two interviews scheduled the same week. The first one was shorter and not technical (eventhough I got asked a few questions on some material properties). The second interview was entirely technical but I was mostly asked about my past experience and to talk about my projects shape me as an engineer. I would say both interviews were pretty chill and it was a good experience seeing as it was my first interview ever.

It was a very detailed and technical panel round. With 4-5 members. Extremely rigorous and technical. They focused on fundamentals and would probe deep into every question/scenario. Make sure you are well versed with your core mechanical engineering concepts.
