first interview with an HR specialist, then an online technical interview with dept. director and another employee from electronics design. The overall process took about a month. Pre scan with the human reources was classical HR questioning, that the questions and answers can be found anywhere on the internet
In technical interview I could easily say that I got no concrete technical questions at all. The interviewer seemed technically incompetent and only told me that he could not figure out why I was called for the interview claiming that I was irrelevant. Also his tone was very arrogant and he almost blamed me for having made the application ! The other interviewer just listened the whole thing without saying a word.
It seems that the first and only time they went through my cv was just a couple of seconds before the technical interview. On the whole they lacked professionalism totally.
