Not a very pleasant experience. The process was intended to evalue stress management, but it turned out unfair. I was expected to work with their software fluently, with 5 minutes of training. Every second of delay in the interface usage was considered as a failure.

Interview
Had a phone screen with their internal recruiter, followed up by a phone interview with the hiring manager. That went really well, I thought he would be a great boss to work for. Then I had a 1 hour technical phone interview with the Lead iOS Engineer located in Latvia. That went fairly well, I thought, but they decided they didn't want to bring me for an onsite interview after that.
