The interview was very laid back. I met with the supervisor and director of the brain injury department. They were friendly and asked basic questions about how I would deal with different situations. They offered the job on the spot, and I've heard from other coworkers that they did the same for them.

Interview
I was contacted within hours of sending my resume and the interview process thorough but relatively easy and very pleasant. The interviewers asked great thought provoking questions but didn’t make me feel intimidated. I’m glad they do such thorough interviews because that means they care about the quality of care they are providing to their patients.
