I was contacted by a recruiting agency. My resume was sent to the company and they liked what they saw. I had to take the Predictive Index Assessment (a personality test). I was told that my answers showed that I may not be assertive enough with the customers. They decided not to move on. I really hate these test. I took one for a different company and was told that I was too assertive. It's silly and doesn't truly predict the type of employee someone could be to the company. Hope this helps someone else with their interview here.
