Recruiter was friendly and kind. They were on time and conducted the interview in a serious way. I had three interviews. The first was one-on-one with the recruiter. The second was with two staff who would be on my team. The third was a panel interview.

All virtually conducted. Stared by applying online at API's website, got an email from HR to schedule phone interview with them. Very simple and straight questions about my resume. After a week got an email to set up interview with hiring manager. More specific questions about job description and commitment to the industry. Followed up with a panel interview with three people to go in detail about my experience and expectations. Final interview with hiring manager and director to go over culture, and next steps. Received offer 5 weeks from application date.
