The procedure consisted of several rounds of interviews and hard starting assesment intense match day, horrible role play. The first round was just getting to know you and the second round were 2 interviews a case study and a role play

Interview
It was a comprehensive process with several rounds. After being selected on the basis of prelim interactions with HR and the Quant test, the Match Day features an introductory presentation, two personality and motivation driver interviews, a role play exercise, and a group presentation. Based on the cumulative scores, a candidate is selected.

Several questions on your CV (specifically interests and additional skills), leadership styles, and future ambitions during the Personality rounds.
The role play activity featured participating in a 2 person team and convincing a "client" to decide their investment goals.
