Interview
My interview was very straightforward and semi-formal. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen on time. The interview took about half an hour, we discussed my experience and background and I was offered the opportunity to ask questions frequently. The company's mission, goals, and culture were briefly explained as were benefits and opportunities.

Because of the nature of this type of work a flexible schedule is very important, accordingly I was asked about my willingness to work overtime, late hours, weekends, and even overnight shifts.
