This is for the digital interview on Hirevue. There were a total of 6 interview questions. You are allowed 2 recording attempts. Once successful, you are asked to complete a behavioural-based personality questionnaire.

Question 1
Please tell us about yourself and why you are interested in a role at ANZ?
Imagine you are working on a project, in college or university, and mid-way through the process your lecturer asks you to completely change the direction of the project. How would you approach this change and what steps would you take?
Please describe a time you took the initiative to learn a new skill, topic, or technology. How did you identify the need to learn this new information, and what steps did you take to achieve this?
Please tell us about a time it was important for you to build a relationship, with someone at work or university, to achieve a common goal. Describe your approach and the steps that you took to establish the relationship.
Please provide an example of a time when you were responsible for completing a challenging task, to a high standard and within a specific timeline. Describe the approach you took and how you made sure to deliver this on time and to the required standard.
Tell us about a time when you had to complete a task, at college or university, where there was limited information available to you. Please describe the situation, what you did, and what the outcome was.
The interview process was conducted online through a video conferencing platform. It began with a brief introduction, followed by a series of behavioral and technical questions related to the role. The interviewer was friendly and provided clear instructions throughout. I was also given time to ask questions at the end, which helped me better understand the team and company culture. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
