Interview
The recruitment process is very opaque. I met all the criteria for the job and I mentioned that I have a disability but never heard about my application for 3 months. ANZ say they want to hire people with disability but it seems it is exactly the contrary.
2 people interviewed me for the first around, It is the last round. No.further around, i did not feel much pressure, The questions were easy, They were mainly about what you did at previous job etc
Clear, sharp and precise. Interviewer was amiable and polite. Appropriate questions were asked. Session was manageable and duration was good. Able to answer questions that I have raised as well.
