The interview process was composed of 5 steps:
Short phone interview with HR
Another interview with HR
Interview with hiring manager
CSM simulation session
Final interview with VP revenue
The overall process took 2-3 weeks, they came back quickly after each step to update about the next one.

Tell about previous experience, responsibilities, achievements, tell about some challenges with clients and how I solved them.
Overall very unprofessional process, at no stage was the position explained properly, even after several questions and requests for details. Seems to be no clear vision or strategy for the company at such an important stage of growth.
