really slow, long wait in between responses, interviewers seemed unengaged. 3 rounds of interviews with an HR phone screen. asked about my college experience, my interest in marketing and why I'm interested in agency

Approachable and casual, multiple team members were involved in the interview process. The questions were reasonable for an introductory position and they valued getting to know my working style/how I would contribute to the team.
