I was a big fan of the interview process. It began with an HR screening call to ensure my experience was a good fit for the roll. Upon the first call, my HR rep was candid about the pay range which allowed me to determine if this was even worth my time (it was) and she was honest about the timing of the opportunity. The initial conversations started at the end of October but she mentioned this decision would take several weeks and an offer would likely come at the end of December with a start date in January. I really appreciated the honesty and the timing of events which gave me time to properly prep for all of my calls and be as prepared as possible.
