Interview
After submitting my application online, someone called and had a brief chat. Weeks later, I was interviewed by an inexperienced HR coordinator. She was reading out the preset questions, about 10, and typing out my answers. Then, another round of interview with a panel of 4 people, follow by multiple skills and personality tests. Guess I didn't pass because last round would be interview with the COO. It was exhausting and really unnecessary!

Interview
Met with support staff followed by a director and discussed the position and responsibilities, as well as what AMIkids does and the board of directors. Very relaxed interview with positive give and take conversations.
