Applied online. Application was cute and quirky. Different but a breath of fresh air. Property manager contacted me. After waiting over an hour I was finally interviewed for about 5 minutes. Interview was very informal. They explained the position to me (lol the best version of the job) asked if I was familiar and that was pretty much it.

Submitted my resume through the AH4R website. Received a call from their recruiter. I have been an agent since 2004 went over my qualifications and such. I was told I wasn't a good fit for the position

Fairly quick and on site. Interview was with two managers and took approximately 2 hours. 1st interview was with the office manager and the 2nd interview was with the regional vice president.
