Was hired through a local temporary employment agency with a very agressive ad on craigslist. Callback was quick, simple, and straight to the point. Details about the job when responding were easy to understand and I had no questions for the agent calling. Interview was panel with 2 supervisors from the department. Each had their own set of questions which were different in subject matter from the other because one was an immediate supervisor and the other a departmental supervisor.
