They round up a bunch of people seeking jobs like cattle. They sit everyone in a room and fill your head with possibilities of making 100K + a year (I would assume that about 1% of the entire companies sales force does this) then I believe the hired everyone but tried to make you think they didn't. They figure if they hire 20 people and one person works out then they will make money of them.
