3 total interviews. 1st I was contacted by an outside recruiter and scheduled a call with them. We discussed the position, skills and qualifications: schematic entry, PCB design, and past projects. I then scheduled a phone interview with an employee on the team I would work on. We talked about PC building from the system level and board design from the component level as well as tools I had used like multi meters, soldering stations, Oscilloscopes and CAD tools like Cadence Allegro. After that I had a call scheduled with the manager of the team. We talked more in depth about the actual position and the design, bring up, and debug process of prototype systems. Prototype board bring up was a big focus along with collaborating with different teams and ability to prioritize based on changing needs from the customers.
