telephonic, followed by 3 face to face technical interviews, followed by 1 telephonic again and a telephonic hr discussion, followed by a director short talk on phone. then later salary discussion with the hr
I applied through LinkedIn and got an interview call. There were 3 technical rounds. It was mostly analytical and more discussion oriented.
Resume is most important, discussion happened around it.
Technical recruiter contacted me and scheduled the interview after 3 days. Three Rounds of technical interviews taker by manager, team leader and technical staff. Then follower by HR interview. All three technical rounds happened on same day.

Questions on basic of mosfet, rc circuits and the projects I worked on.
Entire day interview. VLSI related questions. Since the role was related to physical design. Interviewers were giving hints when stuck at a question. Took questions at end of the interview.
