They will reject the candidate without any feedback. This purely marketing for their company. Simply they will waste your time. They just take the interview make sure you go to their website and learn about them. First there will be intro round then they will ask you to take a assignment and that to 4 hours long. I even took the 4 hours long assignment and the next day I got the email not selected, I do not mind not selecting me but give me proper feedback, why? I spent 4-5 hours on the assignment and simply you said rejected.I do not think it is correct way of rejecting a candidate who invested so much time on your company. Do not waste your time for this company.
