Interview
I applied to AMAR US and was invited to interview within a week. It was a panel interview with the CEO of AMAR US, the head of fundraising, and the head of AMAR UK. The three panelists were friendly and the conversation was relaxed. They took turns asking questions and the interview was very organized. They said that they had received over 200 applications for the one position. We discussed my work experience and how it related to what their work. They only held the one round of interviews and I was notified of their decision via email. The CEO of AMAR US was very forthcoming with feedback on the interview when I asked.

Question 1
The questions were pretty straight forward. They asked what ideas I had for the various goals they have and what I brought to the table. Perhaps the hardest question was, "Given that we've received over 200 applications for this position, why should we choose you over all the others?"
