The process begins with a phone call from the head recruiter, who is outsourced. This initial conversation covers basic qualifications and expectations. Following that, you’ll be invited for an in-person interview. After completing both steps, and assuming everything aligns, you can expect to receive a formal job offer shortly thereafter.

They are hiring through agency. The interview process is 1 day only. You will start as soon as you complete the requirements. As far as i remember they batch hired that time.....

Pretty straight forward. Applied. Within two weeks I am contacted by HR representative. Schedule a phone interview. And a week after that I have a video conference with office engineers.
