I had two rounds of interviews. Had sent my CV through a LinkedIn connection and after almost 2.5 months I received the interview invitation. The position was not described properly and no job description was provided. Questions asked were easy related to my past experiences.
I did send numerous follow emails and have not received any replies. Highly unprofessional.

Interview
Started with a phone call from the business manager to, then 3 rounds of interviews, each with more senior members of staff within the company. Fairly high level questions, standard interview process
smooth and professional - questions to the point - very friendly and very little latency. There were 3 rounds - recruiting - business manager and team leader - The questions were aligned to what i did .
