Interview is all about experience, knowledge, and about the process. Also about system Networking, and safety. They asked for IT programming coding and technical experience. All the experience that you indicated on the resume will be asked.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALSTOM (Brampton, ON)
Interview
It was quite organic, asking about my basic knowledge in electrical engineering as well as providing information about they do and gauging how much of it I was understanding.
They also asked a lot about communicating with a multi-lingual team. Travelling to different testing sites.

Casual and relaxed. Advantage to know how the signalling system works to ace the interview. Started with the tell me more about yourself followed by the expectations of the role and the availibility for night shifts as the role requires night shift duties ad-hoc based.
