I was invited for a group interview where me and one other candidate were present (there was meant to be 3 candidates but one was unable to show up). The interviewers gave a 10-15 minute presentation about the company and the role and career progression. This was followed by a 5 minute literacy/dexterity test using Legos where you had to follow written instructions to build a structure. We then had a tour of the building (canteen, chem lab, and micro lab). At the end we had a 1-1 interview that lasted 5-10 minutes. There were 2 interviews, the heads of the chemistry and microbiology labs.
