Os instrutores não sabiam realmente oque estavam fazendo, no processo seletivo todos souberam de surpresa que era dinâmica em grupo e foi MUITO mal realizada e injusta.

Não houve perguntas, simplesmente deram uma "atividade" na qual os concorrentes teriam que debater entre si um assunto e os instrutores/funcionários apenas observavam e avaliavam. Ou seja, não avaliaram ninguém por sua experiência profissional/pessoal e sim pelo seu nível de desespero.
