Recruiter will have a meeting to talk to you about the company and to know about your expectations.
After that, the recruiter will schedule 4 different technical interviews and will ask you to solve a coding exercise. Technical interviews are not that hard, and Engineers will help you out in figuring out a solution. After technical interviews, there's a meeting with the VPE and CTO.
The interview was negative. It's long and messy. The Recruiter will not help you to evolve during your application (e.g. he/she will not tell you what you should be expecting from one of the dozen of meetings you will have. You're blind during the process). Recruiter doesn't provide you with constant feedback about whether you're performing well or bad during the process. Also, the recruiter doesn't write english correctly which makes things more complicated for an e-mail communication. Additionally, it happened to me that 3 different meetings were re-scheduled just before when they had to begin. I think that's unprofessional and bad, I wasn't used to experiencing that.
