After my first-round interview with the hiring manager, I heard nothing for two weeks. I followed up with the recruiter—no response. I then reached out to the other recruiters and the hiring manager who had been CC’d in earlier emails, but again, complete silence.
At this point, it honestly feels like my emails were either ignored or flagged as spam. It's incredibly disheartening and, frankly, unprofessional. Regardless of the outcome, it’s basic courtesy to let a candidate know if they’re no longer being considered. A simple response would have sufficed.
Spending an hour in an interview, only to receive zero feedback or follow-up, feels like a complete waste of time. What makes this more disappointing is that the company promotes values like faith, family, community, and integrity. Unfortunately, none of those values were reflected in the candidate experience.
