6. Second interview
You will be hired on the spot on the second interview or you will not. The hiring manager who makes the final call is new to the company. He is young and used to work for Walmart. He has lots to learn, that's pretty clear. I'm ok that I was not offered the job. What I did not like is when I asked point blank of I got the job, he lied right to my face. My time is WORTH something and I don't appreciate being lied to. I have other offers and this one was at the top of my list. However I will give him a break since he is like I said YOUNG and needs some more experience under his belt.

Why would you want to work here?
Can you do this type of dmanding work all day every day five days a week? They ask this question multiple times.
PS you have to sign a waver during the lift test because you can get hurt!
Took me almost 3 hours, it could have been done way better and quicker. They filter all applicants on the spot instead of just invite those who qualified.

I applied on their website and was contacted to move forward with an interview, which ended up being a hiring event. The person who interviewed me seemed impressed by my experience and said they would be in touch. I then was asked to come in for another interview which was with a smaller group, where they showed us the warehouse and asked us to do a few physical tasks. Even though I have years of warehouse experience, I did not receive an offer.
Fast. Liked the original group interview method which helped get through the process quickly. Praying I get the job! This would be a really great opportunity! Global retailer with great core values and a place in the community
