I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI in Apr 2021
Interview
I had an initial HR screening followed by a video interview with 2 senior category managers. It was extremely cut & dry; they read directly from the packet of questions their HR team gave them and there was no back and forth dialogue. I got the impression that the lead interviewer wasn't listening, as I could see her typing while I was answering a question - very disrespectful in my opinion. I was turned off by the interaction and although I didn't get an offer, I wouldn't have accepted if I had. While they are a very innovative company, it seems their corporate culture is still operating traditionally.

Interview
