Das Gespräch fand in für mein Verständnis in einem provisorischen Raum statt. Ich denke es war einiges im Umbruch, da es überall etwas unordentlich war. Gesprächsverlauf war komisch, keine Erklärung zu der Aufgabe und dem Rahmen aber schon direkt Detailfragen wie man was umsetzen möchte. Ziemlich seltsam wenn man vorher nicht abgeholt wird.
Interview with HR went great and was easy. The next step was with the hiring manager, which had a weird attitude. In any case I answered all questions in a good way and got told I was a great fit. Days later I got rejected without any reason behind.
It required few stages for the entire interview process. After sending the cv, they will contact you and arrange for a phone interview. Phone interview ask about some background information. For instance, strength and weakness, why u apply for the job
