Interview
Experienced online interview. Four questions with one minute to read and review and two minutes to answer. Very difficult questions. The longer the time provided to answer the question the more difficult that question was.

How do you address team members with news. How do you make certain your points are acknowledged by those employees.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
