The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Bolton, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
The initial process was relatively easy compared to other graduate schemes. The initial tests are quite easy and the Video Interview is also quite short and sweet too. I have nothing but praise with regards to the assessment day, it was fair, objective and quite relaxed. It was a 4 stage process, a presentation on a recruitment issue, deciding as a group on your group 'choice' with questions on that choice. This was followed by presentation on an aspect of the store, with an opportunity to question each other on your presentations.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Neston, Cheshire, North West England, England)
Interview
Really great and quick interview process from HR but I had a poor experience during final interview, it felt much more like an interrogation from the managing director and no feedback after this
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ALDI (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The assessment centre, tests your ability to work in the group and general understanding of aldis operations and products. the interview itself checks your intent, work ethic and how you align with the role. so be hard working determined and you got this!!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Darlington, North East England, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
Left waiting in the waiting area for over 25 minutes after my interview was meant to start , interview was then rushed through and was only asked 2-3 questions rather than the many that I’ve seen others say they were asked
