Interview
I was recommended by a staffing agency and interviewed with the company twice. The initial interview is a fairly standard interview across all positions while the second interview was more specialized. Interviewers are looking for an excellent culture fit, knowledge about ALDI, and candidates that are very professional in appearance and demeanor.
Initial video interview. I was given 15 secs to read each question then the online interview would automatically record and then the next question would be shown until I answered all questions.
