I receieved a call from the DM about coming in for an interview. The interview lasted for about 30 mins and the questions were pretty straight forward about previous work history, criminal background, etc (the basic questions they asked when interviewing in the retail industry) I had a 1:1 interview with the DM

Interview
They want you to stand in front of a mirror so that they can evaluate you before the interview. Then you are asked a series of questions about what you think the position is by the district manager. Afterwards a store manager takes you around the store and is especially interested in your reaction to being in the freezer.

Interview
Easy application. Waiting to hear back for a possible interview. Excited for the opportunity. Seems like a good place to work with good pay, benefits, and a culture. Seems like room for advancement as well.
