Interview
It was a somewhat lengthy process. Phone interview. Sit down interview and walk around the store. Second sit down interview. Then job offer. Drug test required. It also took them over a month to contact me after applying.
The interview process was easy. We did a tour around the store and then we each did five minute interviews. It was very simple and quick, would highly recommend applying to aldi

Interview
Placed a paper application and resume at the store with the manager. Got a call a few days later from the district manager for interview. Called in for first interview and asked normal questions. District manager gives the interview at the store.

Interview
First interview was quick and brief, very friendly. Second interview was more of a one on one and I loved the DM. Third interview went okay but way more serious. Last interview was just signing paperwork and going to take the drug test. Have orientation tomorrow so let's see how that goes..
