Interview
There are 5 steps, Mental Math Test, Personality Test, One-Sided Video Interview and 2 more with a real person. The last two rounds should be a phone conversation with a trader and some sort of simulation. But I have not gotten to those steps yet so I don't have first-hand experience.

Mental Math Questions such as quick multiplications
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
