Was asked to complete an online math/sequences assessment, then I was sent a "Quant Dynamic" hackerrank. The online math/sequences test is fine, but requires practice beforehand (unless you're naturally really good at mental arithmetic), so just use zetamac and sites like that. For the hackerrank you are given 3 coding questions to complete within an hour. The hackerrank questions are equivalent to leetcode medium questions. I got baited into thinking it was a test of quantitative skills, but it's really more about your knowledge of algorithms/data structures. Would be easier if you're coming from a CS background

The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Interview
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
