The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
First is an online math test with two parts: mental arithmetic and sequence test.
Then there is an online personality test.
If you clear these two, then you have a one-sided recorded video interview with 1 behavioral question, 3 math/probability questions. Following which, you have a phone interview with a trader.
If you clear this round, I presume your final round is an interview with a panel.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
